On March 8, 2022, the Shrewsbury Selectboard signs the (CHECK) (LDA) with Civico and Greenly for the rights to the former Beal Early Childhood Center. We are very excited to work closely with the City and its constituents to bring 55 multi-generational housing units to the Town Center. We thank our team for their hard work and commitment during the RFP process and look forward to a rewarding project ahead.
