Let us introduce ourselves
Beal Commons is being developed through a partnership between Civico and Greenly.
Civico Development (“Civico”) is a community-focused real estate development group committed to quality design, historic preservation, and incremental neighborhood development. Our mission is to develop high-quality buildings, streetscapes, and neighborhoods that significantly enhance the livability and sustainability of our communities. We integrate an innovative blend of contextual design and civic spirit in our work, which includes projects of all scales, focused on walkability and human-scale design.
Founded in 2020, Greenly Development (“Greenly”) prides itself on being a creative, entrepreneurial development group, prioritizing quality craftsmanship, creative development, and sustainability for people and planet. We take each project seriously and assess each one individually before we proceed, ensuring that the end product will enrich the local community. Our goal is not to finish the fastest, but to create the biggest change and add the most value to each space we revitalize.
