Occupancy and lease-up begins at Beal Commons.

Construction begins to create 55 apartment units as well as additional retail space.

Civico/Greenly’s first Planning Board Public Hearing takes place.

Neighborhood Outreach Meeting is held.

Select Board signs the Land Disposition Agreement (LDA) with Civico/Greenly at public meeting.

The Select Board public meeting reviews the plans presented by Civico/Greenly.

Updated plans are presented. The Select Board authorizes Town Manager to negotiate Land Disposition Agreement (LDA) at meeting.

The Beal School Reuse/Select Board Public Hearing presentation introduces the team and project to the Shrewsbury community. Comments are open until December 10, 2021.
— December 7, 2021
Beal Reuse Committee recommends Civico/Greenly’s proposal to the Select Board.
— March, 2021
Civico-Greenly submit a RFP response to the Beal Reuse Committee.
— January 7, 2021
