Civico Development and Greenly Development welcome you to the future site of Beal Commons for a fun open house. Meet the team and see the updated design. Tours of the historic armory at 4:30PM and 5:30PM. In the event of rain, an update will be announced the day before on our website.

Parking: Along Maple Avenue and neighborhood streets.

Transportation: MBTA bus stop at Washington and Armory served by routes 553 and 554. NewMo is offering free rides through the end of July.

Bluebikes hub located in front of the Armory.

Beal Commons will include retail space on the first floor and 55 apartments on the upper levels.
